I have telephone service with Sprint who has orders that nothing is to be charged to my phone bill and no changes are to be made without my consent. However, when I got my bill this month (May) there were charges for Residential Voice Mail setup fees in the amount of $14.95 added to my bill. This was placed on the bill by OAN Services. A statement was included that said that Sprint was in no way connected to OAN Services but they were authorized to collect this payment.
How can they collect for something I didn't order? This charge is on my fax and internet line. It is never used to call anyone.
There certainly wasn't anyone they could talk to about this.in fact, on the day of the charge my husband and I were out of town. I guess my cat told them they could add these charges.
