I received a bill on my phone bill from Integretal. I never signed up to receive these services. Contacted them, they agreed to take the chareges off. Just sent a copy of the bill to Massachutes. I followed this and received an email from them sayin they had removed the charges and there would be no more.
When I received November's telephone bill, there were the old charges and new charges still on the bill. I tried calling them 12 times that day and could not talk to anyone. Left my name and phone number for someone to get back to me but they never did.
