There are more problems on my Nextel invoice than I described earlier. This is the most horrible billing and service experience I have ever had. Furthermore, from what I further found from other complaints, statistical records from BBB, FCC, PUC, FTC, and more, I am furious for the fact that Nextel and similar unhealthy businesses to rip-off every penny of the consumers where most of them have to work very hard for money.
If the any of the poor service or unhealthy billing attempt is your concern, we may have more or less one common thought: these kinds of businesses have to answer for what they have done, and starting with Nextel.
It is a felony for a shop lifter, why this well planned pick-pocket system is accepted? Why a homeless person could be convicted for stealing some food at the supermarket is convicted but a million (could be billion) thief like this can be left to continue the crime?
It has been reaching my further most tolerance. The homeless hunger is convicted for a few dollar item. The well educated and most intelligent grand thief planners are safe and protected. They only wear the most expensive clothes relaxing their limousines loaded of Havana cigars, most expensive wines, and much more of the luxury worldly goods. They are mostly respected while secretly collecting our bloody pennies to pennies, dollars to dollars. How many of you will accept this fact: in the case of Nextel, Mr. Timothy Donahue is made one of the most 100 powerful persons in The US by those bloody money?
How long has it been? The answer can be found in the long list complaints stored by these agencies: BBB, FTC, PUC, FCC, Consumer Affair, Consumer Alert, and so on. Have any of these complaints worked.in general, these agencies will cite the complained business when a preset number of complaints for the same issue reached. Although the system should be effective, it has actually not... The business will stop its unhealthy business conducting, being wound after each citation. But it has never been the reality due to one reason. The business passes the damage to the customers from a multi-directional attack.
Heave you ever thought of this. We have filed the complaints, and we have paid for the fine? We have been fighting with them and paying for their lost since the first complaint.
It is unacceptable to let that continue, unless that should be the way our society growth. I can take it along for making it works the way most of us have hoped. I will choose a different path to go, and continue on until I reach my goal: these businesses are brought to justice. And each of these individuals are actual responsible, not the consumers as shown from the history. The only way for us not to get shot by our own bullets must be a different way.
I am preparing my complaint which will not be forwarded to the routines destinations as what has been done. I will forward my complaint to every powerful and responsible public service individual, agency, broadcasting and News Media, all the ones who will make our desires possible. My complaint will reach as many as possible, day by day added of the nation most powerful leaders and Law enforcement Authorities. They are The US president and Vice President, The State Governors and Lieutenant Governor, The Congresses, The Security Exchange Commission, The Senators, The US and State Attorney Generals, local and nation wide News Media, Crime Investigation and Law Enforcement Units, and any of whom who are certain helps.
I can't promise if I will make it work or not because the result is out of my control. I can only assure with you that I will not give up until there is no more way for solutions. I can even try this, if I have to. I will arrive in the busiest peddling traffic of Washington DC with a loaded truck. Of copy of Nextel violation evidences, distributing one by one copy to every crossing person. I will reload the truck and continue until Nextel is ordered to present in a court. The least achievement I can do is that Nextel will soon find that they are disposing their advertised money.
I will do it with or with out any help. It is just harder with out being helped. Please help me in any of the following, if you can:

2- You are more than welcomed to joined if you desire.
3- Please provide any possible contact (email is the best) who you could think of in your states, counties, and cities.
4- Please help to edit the letter of complaint to optimize the efficiency.
5- Please distribute this information if you can by telling others and post it in any public posting web site.
6- Please provide any input which you think it is helpful.
It will be very difficult for me reaching my goal with out your help. And every little one is counted.
