Received a bill for $30.00 (invoice #317529) for entertainment fees and pay per view websites. That was a 6 minute call to the United Kingdom. Haven't checked my telephone bill yet, but it says I will also be billed 1.99 per minute through that company.
Funny thing is, I wasn't home until 11:00 pm that night. No one was here and just as another person wrote, the dog doesn't have access to the phone lines. We don't even use the phone lines for the internet. We have cable modem and my computer's telephone modem is not working.
I want these people brought up on charges. This is ridiculous. How many people are paying these erroneous bills? This is FRAUD.
