In June my final payment was due via auto-draft and I knew that the amount was going to be less than the monthly payment so I called to get the details. Heather tells me that the last payment will be for the original payment amount and a credit will be sent to me with my title. I didn't like this method and I expressed it to Heather whom in return was very nasty and told me that this is the only way to do it.

July 3, I get a message to call Heather about our account which was never paid by the "scheduled payment" that Heather so harshly explained in June. Now Heather is describing how the "scheduled payment" was stopped and I have to pay the balance. However, that balance has been accumulating interest daily since June 22. I told Heather that due to the holidays I would make the payment on July 6 so she gave me a figure that included the interest that would be due on that date.

When I told her that I didn't fell that I should have to pay the interest because this was not MY fault, she was anything but polite. She told me that I have to pay it or my loan won't be paid off and I won't get my title.

Don't do business with this company ever they treat you like trash even if you are a timely paying customer.
