Bad Customer Service Phillipsburg NJ

I have been a Kohls customer for many years, and am overall a satisfied customer. The qualitiy of products and overall service is usually above standard. Today, I am somewhat angry at what took place as I was making a purchase at store #732. As I was making my way to the cash register to complete my purchase, the cashier (whom happened to be one of the store managers, I know because I would later ask the next cashier) raised her voice, pushed out her hand (as if to stop me from going to the counter) and said " YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT A FEW MINUTES" Shocked by the demanding and sort of attitude i received from this person I didnt know, I watched as she walked away and laughed with another sales associate/manager. I've never felt so embarrased or disrespected in a department store in my whole life. She didnt look back, she laughed and smiled all the way to the other side of the store. I moved to the next cash register-asked the cashier if there was a corporate number i could contact and she told me I could take the survey-but the survey doesn't allw you to give detail account of the situation. I left kohls with a sour taste in my mouth-and contemplating if i should ever shop there again-and if i should have other family/friends/co-workers boycott the store as well. Corporate should be made aware of the managers they have in place at the store. I am sure i am not the first one to have delt with this. I felt like i was discriminated against in some way. And I am a unsatisfied, unhappy, never to shop at the phillpsburg khols again shopper.
