I worked at Kohls as a seasonal employee in (xmas of course), was top pos associate for email and credit in Dec. I was so glad when Liz at store 007 rehired me for a second season (same store).. However my daugter came in on Sunday 11/17 proceeded to cash out, the associate cashing her out was new and ran into complications and questions... Unfortunately for Kohls this manager who was on duty not only made the associate look bad but appeared un-professional. Me myself, I have been in customer service for 30 yrs not retail but restaurant... I have studied in management, culinary arts, and human resources, which has expanded my career to restaurant management. So it highly upsets me to be treated like a no-body-i think Kohls should take better interest in training managers alone... Thats where it is going to start for kohls... The management needs to be more professiona... As for me, i will not shop there for a very long time. If eve
