I have been shopping at the Khols store since it opened. At first, I enjoyed going there, loved the merchandise, prices, etc. However, in the past year going to shop there is like going to a garage sale. The women's departments are a total mess. You look at anything because the racks are so crammed - pull something off and 5 things fall on the floor. No price tags, the price check machine doesn't work, and the size on the hanger doesn't match the size of the clothing item. Dressing rooms are filled with discarded clothes (the sign says an associate will put them away - but good look finding an associate). The Goodwill store is more organized than this place. The clerks at the checkout are extremely pushy to the point of rudeness if you don't want the Kohls card. I had one, closed it after the first charge because they miss-applied my payment and charged me $50.00 in fees - which I have discovered has happened to a lot of other Kohls card holders. And today, they refused to honor a $10.00 Kohls cash coupon because I returned an item 2 weeks ago. I have never had a store give me a coupon toward my next purchase because I was a good customer - and then refuse to honor it because of their "NO HASSLE RETURN". Oh, excuse me, they said "I had not earned the discount because I returned an item". I have spent thousands of dollars in that store - but they won't honor a measly $10.00 coupon for me. I will never shop there again, and will spread the word to my friends.
