ESBI - Voice Mail, has been charging me $12.95 per month for a voice mail service I did not know I had nor have I ever used. I called them and got a runaround. I also blame Sprint in concert with this fraud as they are billing me on behalf of this fraudulent RIP OFF. I asked Sprint not to do this. Sprint representative says they have a contract with this "Company". This makes SPRIINT a co-conspirator for this criminal action. ESBI owes me $124.16. I now have to write a FAX/letter to "Carol" at 1-727-793-0697 to further dispute the charges. Sprint offers a Voice mail service or $6.00..., why would I or anyone else want a $12.95 service? Again, Sprint is not offering consumer protection and is acting in concert with this RIPOFF!!
