I recieved my bill from sprint in the mail on 12/21. I was shocked to see the bill was over $400. When I looked closely I say that sprint was charging me for Cancelling a line I hardly ever use.in Fact the reasom for not using it was because it was an ex girlfriend of mines.
I spent over 5 hours trying to get these charges reversed. Sprint was charging me $180 for cancellation of a line without contacting me first.
I sent sprint a certified return reciept requested letter saying that they violated my contract and my plan was no longer valid for this reason. I have not gotten a response as of yet. But I did contact the Better Business Bureau and I will not send Sprint another penny.
