I have been having problems with my sprint service for the last year or so and I am measured up. Currently my phone is totally malfunctioning to the point that my phone don't what it wants. I spoke to a Sprint representative last week who informed me Sprint was have technical problems in my area for the last two months are three months and he would call to give me a credit. I have'nt heard from him sense. I have been complaining about my service all year. I asked to upgrade to try and resolve these consistant issues. I called Sprint support only to get a disconnect msg. I went to the nearest Sprint store and he wanted to keep my phone. I use this phone for business purposes and is loosing money with this company. I want out of this agreement urgently! My phone is doing whatever it wants; like dialing numbers, switching screens at will, calling unwanted numbers, I can't answer my calls, can't check voice mail, can't dial sprint.., Do not buy this LG it's a dud. Sprint I want something done this time. I pay over 100.00 per month plus all their extra charges and they never pay for their negligence. Henry Reed IV - 214-541-2987
