On December 2nd I order a purse and paid by "PayPal". Money was transferred immediately to "NoMoreRack". Went on vacation and when I came back, checked mail and realize that there is no package from "NoMoreRack". Went on their website and there was my order "Pending". I sent email to a customer service and got email from "Sandra" telling me that my order was cancelled.

I intentionally went back to their site and sent several emails requesting status of my order and got response from "Minerva", "Sandra" and "Thet".

If the order was not "completed" how come that they took money from my "PayPal" account immediately???
I filed compliant with "PayPal". STAY AWAY from "NoMoreRack"!!! BEWARE... Scam... Scam... Scam
