I too was unfortunate enough to buy one of these xxl bigboy's in november with the groupon deal @ €69 and a further €14.95 for shipping. I have called the support telephone number several times only to get a recorded message that they are too busy to answer and to contact them by email. Needless to say they have also not answered the emails. This has to be a big scam i will never use groupon or infurn ever again.
