I was at the train station and about to pass out from dehydration and asked the woman at DD for a cup of tap water. They refused and told me they would only sell me bottled water. I had absolutely no money on me and explained to the woman I was about to pass out and had no money, please could she give me a cup of tap water. No, apparently she "couldn't" -what was she going to lose her job by giving someone a few ounces of tap water?
