Saw add in the coupon clipper for air care solutions air duct cleaning $79.00 not only did they clean ducts, but also replace filter with a washable electrostatic filter, basic dryer vent cleaning and complete a/c tune up.
They came in to my home placed large vaccume on one vent that just so happened to be closed in the from sitting room, (we dont use that often so whay a/c the room?) and never even touched the other vents thru the home...
Thwy then were off to the handler where the disesembabkled the unit to find all sort of issues like, Mold on the coils and a roach infestation in the duct over head with mold and more mildew...
Told me then the air handler outside needs replaceing due to surface rust on the fan blades... Yup rust on the fan blades... Ahhh duahhh it dose sit outside!!! While the tech and the sales guy romed thru my home they kept comming to me with prices, started off at $3,500.00 then by time they left was down to 300.00 for the same work they would do for 3500.00???
So not only after speaking to the "manager the next day and after paying the 79.00 for work they did just to get them out of my home and me cleaning uop all their mess they left behind including dirty hand prints all over the wall by air intake on floor... The manager stated after waitng for a return call from her that we would gladly come back out and do the work that was paid for... I wanted a refund they would not do that... So we made another appt, I waited at my home for 4 hours why no call and no show, i called again to manager she said tech busy at another job and that They wont be to me untill 7 pm thats right 7 pm so now I have sat around all day waiting... Again no show at 745 pm in the evenong and no call... Another call placed... We go round and round I insist on speaking to the owner hes not in, hes in NC where they also work out of... Then hes outtof town then hes sick, I have heard every excuse from this company!!! Result made anoother appt for Monday Dec, 3 @ 9 am... Well at 12:45 pm with no calls and another no show tech, I have to call again its now thursday afternoon Dec 06 and no calls, no emails, no tech and ac system that well needs cleaning...
