We have a Frother made by Keurig bought from Amazon 1st July and in November it failed to work. We emailed CS @ Keurig and they said they did not know what to do and call back later. We called back later and was told that a Rep from Keurig would contact us and nobody has called us.
I've sent two further emails to Keurig CS and no response. Why does a company ignore complaints all we want is to return the defective item and get it replaced it's only 5 months old, surely that is not an unreasonable request.
