I just got off the phone with customer service about my Keurig coffee pot not working. The girl on the phone whos name i didn't not get, was not helpful at all. One of the first things she said was that my pot was out of warranty and that she could sell me another one for about $100. I have called about this pot a few weeks ago and followed everything they told me about cleaning it so that we could get a full cup of coffee. This pot is a little over 2 years old and not used much, about 2 cups a day with using k cup and all they could do is sell me a replacement. I am sorry Keurig but this will be my last pot sold by you. I personally don't drink coffee, so for me I don't really care to support your company. If anyone is looking for a coffee pot don't waste your money on a keurig.
