These Keurig s do not last long at all, and the warranty is only for a year. After a year and a half ours broke and it wasn't because it needed to be cleaned. It has something to do with the parts inside. I would not recommend a Keurig to anyone. Who wants to spend 175.00 on one of these and it only last a year or two. I wouldn't buy a car or a tv if it only lasted a couple years. Keurig needs to back their products better and at least extend the warranty. Good thing this was a wedding gift. I called customer service and tried everything to get them to send me another but they wouldn't. They offered me a new one for half the price but I said no way.
