After I did talk to somebody, they gathered my info and explained they'd call-back. I've not noticed from their store whatsoever since. I've started many calls recent weeks but without benefits. Our security alarm program nevertheless doesn't function. Nowadays I discover that I've to pay for them $115 in the future out and repair it or spend $400 to stop the machine. Although resting on-hold, their concept suggests they're a "full-service" business.
It seems the entire security-system procedure is just a fraud.
