Counterforce USA is a horrible company. They are a security monitoring company that will tell you every lie they can think of just to keep a recurring bill. They sell franchises to independant companies. We purchased a security system from them in 2005 for $750.00. When the security system broke down in 2007 we called the company that sold it to us and they were bankrupt. I called Counterforce USA and they told me that the closest company was 100 miles away and they would contact them and set up an appointment. Well months went by (I called 5 times), and I got nowhere. I decided that I was done and we called them in October to cancel the monitoring service. They confirmed it and decided they would just keep on biling me. I have called Counterforce USA multiple times and cancelled the service. They have actually told me that they "Dont Know Why" they keep billing me and it will stop. Well 25 months later they are still billing me. Absolute Theives!
