In March I named Slomin's alarm support telephone number to record for them that my alarm doesn't function. I had been requested all relevant concerns about who I'm, my tackle, my acct #, my final 4 digets of my ss #, the final statement I've and lastly my safety concept. I told them that I never had the requirement or chance to resite my safety concept. I tried difficult to recall it but couldn't. The client support individual, Connie explained she couldn't deliver something technology to my home to correct their security alarm since I really could not recall my safety concept. I told "Connie" the client support individual to please placed on a boss to assist. She placed on a boss called Christian. He was very beligerent with me and insisted on that protection function. I told him I offered you my ss#, my title, my house address, my bill #, my secuity rule # and my last bill which he was visiting OUR HOUSE to correct the alarm who otherwise might I be. He'd not put up a scheduled appointment and explained it had been my issue and my responsibiity to consider my safety concept. He than delivered me a notice threatening me when I dont proceed to cover the support Slomins might sue me.
