In Dec. Of 07 a SLOMINS (criminal) rep came to my house as we were shopping for a new alarm system since we went over to a Internet based phone system (vonage) and our Brinks system no longer worked. Well that was #1 concern throught the hour long meeting with SLOMINS and about 30 times the old cook lied to me and told me NO PROBLEM of course it will work.
WELL, as soon as the system was installed we starting having trouble we immediately called and the first out of the womans mouth was our systems do not work with Internet based phones.
WELL short story after months of collections we tried resolving direct with them they promised to come out and fix, never showed. When I called they said there was no record of the phone call. NOW after all this they will no longer take my phone calls hung up on me several times.
