I fell for a bait and switch transmission repair ad for $1349.00. Do not fall for it. It will cost you a lot of money.
James Saroka insisted on towing my 2006 Ford F 250 from my house, saying the tow was free. It was not. He had the truck for 3 months at Precision Automotive, 744 Rahway Ave, Woodbridge NJ, run by a repairman called Moe. They eventually gave it back and demanded money.
The tow truck driver insisted on cash for the remaining $1300 balance. A deposit was made on 11/01, with $1000 paid on a Bank of America card. He would not take my truck off the tow truck until I handed over the cash. Then he dumped my truck off the flatbed, snapping my brake line in the process, and left.
I then test drove my truck and the transmission was still not shifting properly. It was in worse condition than before they took it. The light knob was missing, the dash was hanging off, the gear shift was loose, and there were grease stains all over my car and scratches on the paint.
I called James immediately and he said it had been shifting perfectly when they test drove it. I kept saying it was inoperable, but he cursed and yelled at me. The shop owner and mechanic Moe also lied. They have terrible reviews all over the internet.
