Lloyd Agencies is a prime example of a pyramid scheme.
Interview: they recruit everybody and anybody regardless of your experience because the turnover is so high, and then charge you for a "temporary license". What a scam!
Leads: they take all of the leads from the lower level agents and upper management reaps the rewards.
Management is trained (instructed) to motivate (intimidate) the agents to obtain new leads, but it is all commission based and then they find a way to take it from you.
Benefits: before your benefits kick in, management or your MGA will find a reason to fire you. Hard work does not pay off here.
The CEO, Sabrina Lloyd, boasts about her wealth, car collection and lifestyle in her videos and thinks it is a motivation tool.
Like another former employee said, don't believe the "good reviews"; they are all created by the employers to bury the bad reviews, which are actually true.
