• MANAGEMENT is trained (instructed) to motivate (intimidate) the agents (slaves) to obtain (scam) new leads but its all commission based and then they find a way to steal it from you. SCHEME.
• BENEFITS - Before your benefits kick in, management or your MGA will find a reason to fire you. Hard work does NOT pay off here.
• SABRINA LLOYD (CEO) is a very nasty woman, who only boasts about her wealth, car collection and lifestyle and thinks that it’s a motivation tool on her videos but in reality, she’s a self-absorbed, ego-centric, evil tyrant in heels c/w. a pair of Walmart bought Jenner lips. To top it off, her husband, Rob who’s a so-called, “Manager” is an absolute MORON and embarrassment to the company and his marriage. Money can’t buy class when you are GHETTO.
• Like another former employee said, don’t believe the “good reviews” they are all created by the employers to bury the bad reviews which are actually TRUE.
