Owner Mark Steirn, says on his user agreement, no trademark without permission from owner, yet he has Kiddo WORLD up there doing every trademark known to man. Most of his clients have no business licenses, I checked out of 9,8 did not. So they all brake local laws, and run illegal businesses. Then there is the question of acting as a talent agent, on California data base he is not one. All I can find in Missouri is that he is a LLC, since I live in Ca, I could care less.
Ca laws, I do care about and he is not supost to be acting as one here. According to his client list, he is. Mark let me give you a heads up, we in CA are having a hard enough time making a living without you takeing all of are local work, and our citys and our state and our people not getting any revenue. All you are doing is making under ground economy fat. This does not help those of us that want to follow laws, and refuse to suport those who do not.
