Legal Successor of Hollywood Video Sent me a bill for $41.88 for 5 videos from 7/14/09-5-3/10 that I never rented. They claimed to be a collection agency for Hollywood Video. I tried to call them at 281-647-4156

I received a collection letter from Universal Fidelity, LP in Houston, Texas in the amount of $41.88 for 5 videos that I did not rent from Hollywood Video 7/14/09-5/3/10. I did not receive any prior invoices from Hollywood video. I called them on 2/22 at 281-647-4156 and the mailbox was full. I pressed '0' and the phone just rang. I did an internet search and RipOff report came up.
