I received a collection letter from Universal Fidelity, LP in Houston, Texas in the amount of $41.88 for 5 videos that I did not rent from Hollywood Video 7/14/09-5/3/10. I did not receive any prior invoices from Hollywood video. I called them on 2/22 at 281-647-4156 and the mailbox was full. I ...
