Ticketmaster has charged my credit card twice for one pair of hockey tickets. We contacted the company, first they asked for our whole credit card number, the order number, the name of the game we were attending etc. I was not comfortable giving our full credit card number over an e-mail. I told them that then they said they didn't need the whole credit card number. So I supplied the rest of the information and I even attached our credit card statement showing both payments. The first charge of 112.40 is pending on my account as of 1/28 and the 2nd charge was actually pulled from my account on 1/29. I also contacted my Credit card company and was told they could not release the hold of the money it was up to Ticketmaster to fix the problem. My first contact with ticketmaster was by phone and I was promised a call back by a manager which I never received. Now I just keep get e-mails requesting the same information and my money is still locked up and has been since 1/28.
