I purchased Sugarland concert tickets through Ticketmaster.com and the next thing I knew the credit card I used to purchase these tickets were charging me $9.00 a month.
I called the credit card company to see why I had a balance because I had previously paid them off and they said I had 2 charges from Entertainment Rewards.
I immediatly paid off the credit card and closed that credit card account to stop further charges. I then went on the net to investigate and found this web site and emails from others who have had the exact same thing happen to them. I found out we could file a complaint through usacomplaints.com and decided to do so.
