I purchased tickets through TICKETMASTER.com back in December. Today I received a package from Columbia House TV DVD Club THAT I DID NOT ORDER. I checked my credit card for these charges and found 1/2 dozen unfamiliar charges on my husbands credit card.

I immediately called my credit card company to ask where the charges came from and they said that whomever was making these purchased, hand-keyed the card number. They graciously flagged about $100 worth of fraudulent charges and told me of roughly $400 other charges pending.

After I hung up I started searching the internet to see what these companies were and almost everyone of them are listed here in usacomplaints.com. It was here that I came across a complaint from a consumer in PA about ticket master and ENT*ENTERTAINMENT BOOK charges.

Sure enough, the card I used on Ticketmaster was my husband's card and I bought the tickets in his name (which I seldom do). The fact that the DVD's I mentioned above came in his name from his card I know that it was the deceptive sales tactics used by Ticketmaster that caused this whole mess.

I will NEVER use Ticketmaster again.
