I ordered the instaclone package they advertised for 39.95. They got their money and I still have received nothing. I have sent several complaints to them. I have only gotten a snotty reply once as if I had written to an individual, not a company. The reply had stated in so many words that the product was on it's way that was 4 months ago! I have now read other reports on this site and others and realixed the hard way that I got taken!
