I purchased tickets on-line for a Sting concert from TICKET VIPER which is owned by a foul-mouthed red-neck douche bag in Kansas named KEITH PETTERSEN. He's associated with TICKETTURBO.com who supposedly handles the process of the tickets. The credit charge went to an account in PETTERSEN'S name.
When I failed to get the tickets emailed to me after one hour, I called Pettersen who told me to wait. I waited two hours and called him again and he told me that he's only a ticket broker and had nothing to do with the delivery of the tickets. When I insisted that the credit card charge went into his account he told to f*k -off.
I then called the number I had for TICKET TURBO during business hours and no one picked up the phone.
I bought tickets for a concert from TICKET VIPER and TICKET TURBO and they did not deliver the tickets. I have been scammed by TICKET VIPER and TICKET TURBO.
