I ordered 2 tickets on 7/17. At the time there was only one shipping method available which was UPS 2nd Air. I expected to get these would get these tickets 7/20 or 7/21 the latest since I did pay $10.00 shipping $8.00 for "Service" yet I didn't receive them until 9/7. Front Gate Tickets didn't even bother to print the tickets until 9/02. My questions is, why only have 2nd Day Shipping for tickets that aren't going to be delivered until more than a month later? I thought Ticketmaster was bad but these guys are worse. The don't even pick up their phone if you call. What a bunch of shady vendors. I'll never use these guys again.
