Have been a member for a couple of years. Spent mat be $20-30,000.00. The customer service was at great heights when they intro ducted the Noir program.

This company has as they say "Gone to the Dogs". The customer service is so awful! Have had problems where I received damaged goods that took months to clear up. They first lost the order I. The system & received a month or more after the advertised date. Then came damaged then took a month or more for them to arrange the return. Never called back as promised. For months of torment on an expensive item that was to be a gift, never received, & months of my time & call after call on my part I was offer a $50.00 credit.
Also they do no operate as advertised. They saw the items will only be in other shoppers baskets for 15 minutes. They told me today they have a glitch in the system that allows some to keeps items through many multiple cycles. They have tech. Trouble that causes you to also loose items in your cart.

The prices are not as competitive as they want you to believe. Last week Ruelala had the Carlos Falchi exotic bags on sale, well this week Gilt offered many of the same bags at hundreds above what they sold for on Ruelala.
Have been loyal to them for a number of years & feel betrayed!
