I ordered several organic children's items from Gilt about a month ago - 2 of the 3 items arrived within 2 weeks and were perfect. I received an email from Gilt apologizing for the 3rd item, which was no longer available. They issued me a $25 credit on my account - when I had only paid $12 for the item in question in the first place! So far I'm really happy...
