Purchased season one and two of the Dick Van Dyke Show CD set, both sets had $20.00 rebate certificate (combined.) Mailed all required documents, waited longer than the recommended time and tried to call the followup number listed (800-475-3475) it's not a working number. Sent e-mails to both companies, no response. Purchase was made through the official Dick Van Dyke Show web site link to Amazon, administered by Doug Dennoff, who claims he knows nothing about a rebate offer.
