Rebate ripoff

I filed for a rebate for free mattress delivery that I purchased from JC Penneys. I got a response from the rebate company that read: "you have not complied with the terms of the offer due to the folowing reasons: Incorrect or insufficient product purchased for this rebate offer." I bought the identical mattress they listed on the rebate sheet and I sent the receipt and the mailing address and the rebate slip. This is a ripoff
