Signed up with this company back in November, because they "guaranteed" full refund if not satisfied or contacted within 90 days. Within a few minutes of creating profile and uploading pictures, I was very dissatisfied with the website. Called back the very next day to cancel the registration, but was told I needed to wait the 90 days.
After giving them a few days after the 90 days were up, I called for the refund. After waiting the requisite days for the refund to go through, I called again because I still have not received it. Called again about three weeks later (they suggested I give the bank that much time to reverse the charge) because they had only refunded one of three registrations. It is now end of April and I still have not received the other two refunds; and now they don't even answer my calls.
Since they weren't answering my calls (kept getting their answering machine), I became suspicious that they had caller ID and knew my number; so I called using the blocked ID feature; lo and behold! They answered. When the refunds still didn't come through, I called again. This time, even with the blocked ID feature, they still didn't pick up and I kept getting the answering machine.
