I contacted "Actors on Set" in August and signed up spending $98. I was assured that if I received no work after 90 days then I would receive a full refund. At 90 days I called to cancel and receive a refund. I was sent to the "billing" department and put on hold. No one ever answered. I called back, a different person answered and sounded like they were having lunch and the phone was accidentally left off the hook. I called back again a month later and spoke to a very helpful person, who's name I don't remember, who told me of the mix up with my cancellation and assured me I would receive my refund in 7-10 business days. Obviously I have not, and now they do not have contact information. I warn everyone else about scams, I don't know why I bothered with this. It was advertised on craigslist. That should have been a warning. But when you need a job, blindness sets in.
