I signed up for a free trial offer with SmartCredit.com 3 months ago. I cancelled my free trial offer within the offer period. I then was billed for a month of service $29.95 on 11/04. I didn't notice this until the end of November. I called them, and they left me on hold over 15 minutes then the answering service came on stating that I will receive a call back within 24 hours and If i didn't then try my call again.
I never received the call back from them, then they have the nerve to bill me again on 12/05 for $29.95 again. I called them again, stayed on hold 15 minutes, and then the same process with the answering machine. Still no call back. I just called them for the 3rd time and same process, answering machine. No call backs.
So these people keep billing my account, and even if there was a mix up with my cancellation with the free trial months ago, had they answered the phone, or called me back, I could have gotten my refund of $29.
