Buyer beware! Read the 5 page customer ticket purchase policy when you call for tickets! You will not buy after you read it! These companies are RESELLERS and DO NOT HAVE TICKETS! I bought from this company and when my confirmation came by email not only did I not have seat assignments I don't even have tickets. They charge your credit card immediately although you have not been given seats. They overcharge you by more than 100%. The tickets I bought for a Mike Epps concert in Columbus Ohio cost me $84.00 plus exhorbitant shipping by FedEx.
Total for 2 tickets plus shipping: $211.00. Exact same tickets in the section the customer service representative my tickets were in cost $114.00 on Ticketmaster! Rip off? Yes! After going through the chain of command and talking to 3 supervisors and managers about the ticket assignment, each one said no refund and I would not know what seats I have until the tickets arrive. Still have no tickets... But do have a tracking number! Don't buy tickets from these companies - save yourself from the aggravation.
