Tickets on time was barely that. The tickets were purchased and promised 4 days prior as "overnight delivery". These being a present and people coming in from out of state that was important. Second, and most important, the tickets that it said I purchased did not arrive. They sent tickets for a worse section along the side with a worse view of the show.
I paid $500 for tickets that had a total face value of $142 (71x2). The show was not even sold out several days before the event. They did a good job of buying the first two sites that pop up when searching for these tickets and make it look like the site for the venue. It does not appear as if you are buying tickets at "scalper" prices and they even tell you you will pay $50 processing fees. This gave me the illusion that the tickets were a face value of $400. Even when I looked up the actual face value of the tickets that were advertised (different section). Those were $110 each.
