Tickets In Time Onine
Tickets were anything but on time - never arrived!

I would just like to warn people purchasing online tickets that this particular company (Tickets in Time Online) is the absolute worst to deal with. I ordered tickets as a Valentine's Day present in late Jan/early Feb, for a concert to take place on April 8th about 100 miles away. When they had not arrived by April 1st, I called Coast to Coast Tickets (somehow another broker started this sale but my order was ultimately sold to tixintime). They were "surprised" but referred me to Ticketsintime online who said I would receive a call back. Didn't happen. So I tried again on the 4th (Easter Sunday) thinking I would get a voicemail but was actually pleasantly surprised when Curtis Gormley called me back and promised me they would be fedexed 2day (as printed on my invoice that I still have) by mid week since the concert was 4 days away, but to call back the next day (5th) to make sure things were in the works. I called back the next day and an entirely different Curtis Gormley got on the phone, said he never said they would fedex them (???) and I was "a piece of work" to request such a thing and hung up on me!!! This was after a two min conversation simply requesting resolution. I flat out did not want venue pick up as an option, as that had failed in the past and I would have no recourse if they didn't have them when we got there. I recalled and spoke with Lisa Tonjes who tried to be helpful but insisted they would be there when we went to Will Call. Curtis (owner) would not take my call. Well guess what - they put them under the name of "Bruce Moritz" rather than mine and we spent the first half of a one hour concert trying to convince the ticket office that they were ours. Obviously our id didn't match. So we spent $314.72 for tickets for a one hour concert that we missed half of because Tixintime cannot get tickets to you in time. I also conversed with a Dianne via email who claimed she wanted to hear my story but would not respond when I tried to communicate with her. It was such a hassle and disappointment - the $15 they refunded me for the "never occurred overnight delivery" was an insult more than a real credit. $15 didn't come close to making up for the addl wasted $300 and they were totally unwilling to respond or make any attempts to resolve once the concert had taken place. Stick to Ticket Master or well known vendors! I was scammed and feel like an idiot but will never let it happen again.
