I ordered tickets for the Lady Gaga concert through tixintime.com. When sent the tickets they were not the tickets I ordered. They were many many rows back from the section I picked. I called the company and they said it was normal for them to upgrade your tickets. I told them they didn't upgrade me at all they downgraded my tickets. I was told they would call me back within 1-2 days. I haven't heard a word. I have repeatedly called and called and held the phone and no one answers for customer service. I will never order tickets through them again!!!
