Frustrated, mad, at a loss

On May 24 I purchased Justin Bieber concert tickets from Tixintime. The concert was scheduled for Oct. 26 at the Sprint Center in KC MO. After taxes, shipping and handling the cost of the tickets were almost $500.00. The receipt indicated I would receive the tickets on or before Sept. 22. When I hadn't received the tickets by Sept. I began calling Tixintime and was repeatedly reassured that I would receive the tickets in time for the concert. Today is Oct. 26, it's 4:00 P.M. Cst. And we live 150 miles from the venue. I just received a call from Tixintime and was told I would have to go somewhere else to pick up the tickets. Do not purchase tickets for anything from this 3rd party ticketing agency.
