I can not warn people away from this vendor strongly enough. I placed my order on the 27th of May. I noted that my credit card was immediately billed upon receipt of my order which always makes me wary as the merchant agreement with most credit cards (including my VISA) prohibit the charging of the card until the item ships with only a few exceptions.

After the advertised shipment date passed with no followup email containing notice of shipment I contacted the company and was told by the representative that they would check on my order and get back to me. I never heard from them. I emailed them and told them I was dissatisfied and that if my order didn't ship soon I would like to cancel my order. To their credit I did then get a reply from another representative via email telling me that the item was backordered and no estimate for an ETA.

I canceled the order, but it is now June 15th and I still have not received a credit on my card. I filed a complaint with the bank issuing my VISA and will also file a complaint against them with VISA as they are knowingly violating their merchant argreement by charging the card without shipping.

Beware of this company as they will immediately charge your card and then drag their feet on providing a refund when your item becomes mysteriously backordered.
