Placed an order of 3 pairs of toms on 05/21 and I still haven't received a tracking number from them. It says on the website that the tracking number will be emailed within 36-48 hours. I contacted them via email and they have not yet responded. The amount of the order is US$77.64, but CAD86.24 was charged to my visa. The charge was through 'Global Payment Gateway' and the name of the merchant on the visa statement is GRANDGOWN.com in Shenzhen, China. A report has been made to Visa regarding this.
