Wouldn't refund my money after sending a crappy bootleg DVD, instead, they charged my card again when I complained

I thought I was getting a decent recording of a movie from these guys but they sent me garbage instead. They claim to offer refunds but they instead charged my card again and responded with a very crude and racially insulting email when I simply told them I wasn't happy with the item. Flush your money down the toilet before dealing with these guys.
