I recently purchased 4 Phoenix Coyote Tickets through Stubhub.com at a price of $67.00 each in section 220 row M. When I received the tickets the face value printed on the ticket was $23.00 each (nice profit) in section 220 row L not row M. I called StubHub and tried to return the tickets stating that the tickets received were not what I ordered, row L instead of row M. I was informed that the seller (Daniel Ellenwood's Group) can change the row on the tickets within 5 rows of what you ordered, that is if they own the tickets (didn't see this on the website or in any agreement that I read). However, this was my own fault for purchasing these tickets with out doing more research into Stubhub, the seller agreement and the normal face value of the hockey tickets. I would like to warn the rest of the public to beware when buying tickets through Stubhub.com and stay away from any Phoenix Coyote hockey tickets being sold by the Daniel Ellenwood's Group, section 220 Rows L and M (there may be other rows as well).in the future I will stay clear of StubHub.com when purchasing any event tickets.
If you are a buyer of event tickets and consider using stubhub.com, remember the saying "Let the Buyer Beware".
