Robert recruited my son to go to IMTA convention in New York City. He was going to prepare him and arrange everything, including hotel reservations, airline tickets, convention registration, training, photographs, transportation to and from the airport to the hotel.
During the IMTA convention he was going to be representing my son and the other students from his group as our director, and he was going to help him get in contact with agents and managers to get into the modeling and acting business. The training he provided was very disorganized and scattered. We had many changes in trainers. There was a lack of communication with the parents, and there were a number of times that we drove for an hour both ways only to find out that the class was canceled. Flight information (incomplete and without the necessary confirmation numbers/documentation) was provided only a few days before departure.
Upon arrival at the airport, he was supposed to have arranged transportation to the hotel, which was included in our payments to him. He did not arrange any transportation for us, he was not even in New York at all as he promised he would be! It appeared that no reservations were made for us at the hotel, we were not fully registered for the convention, nor were the convention fees paid. This was all supposed to be paid as part of the contract we signed. The photographs that were supposed to be submitted to the IMTA ahead of time were not there. And he was unreachable by phone.in short, he broke his promises to represent us during this convention as our director, he did not organize the team events well enough so that the people who signed up and paid for those competitions were not able to compete properly and were forced to drop out, and he did not pay the money to the third parties that we paid him. What does that look like to you? Make your own conclusions!
